The crane appears to be lifting the man with ladder - perhaps for further reach?
It is hard to understand exactly what is being done or what the ladder is all about, but definitely one for our Death Wish series. Hopefully someone will look further into this and ask why they are not using appropriate equipment on one of the world’s most wealthiest economies?
